In generally speaking, we should keep the distance of the two rollers about 0.3mm-1mm more or less.

We need to adjust the ball socket axial and peripheral alignment. For this, we need to adjust the tightness of the machine on both sides of the bearing seats. While adjusting this, we shold loosen the xis connecting bolts between passive gears and adjusting sleeves at first. And after this, there will be a gap between regulation device and the passive gears. When designing the machine, we consider that clients may adjust the ball socket position according to specia needs. And then, we will install the two adjustment bolts on the two rollers extrusion granulation machine. Undering these adjustment bolts, the dislocation of the ball socket can be adjusted also.
